First of all, Gskygo, as an official authorized partner of AutoDesk in Vietnam, would like to sincerely thank customers for trusting and using AutoDesk products provided by Gskygo.

We just received a notification from AutoDesk – Notification as below:

"

Starting January 7, 2025, AutoDesk will implement SRP increases in certain Asia-Pacific countries.

These changes affect: 

Most new (monthly, annual, and multi-year) and renewing (annual, and multi-year) subscriptions in China, Southeast Asia, India, and the Indian Subcontinent including Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and others will receive an approximate 10% increase.

Renewal discount changes: 

• Non-Entertainment and Media Solution Products:  
• Multi-year subscriptions globally will receive a renewal discount of 5%. 
• Annual subscriptions globally will no longer receive a 5% renewal discount.  
• Entertainment and Media Solution Products: 
• Some annual and multi-year subscriptions globally will no longer receive a 10% renewal discount.

These changes do not impact:  

• Globally priced products (i.e. Premium, Flex)  
• Customers with Enterprise Business Agreements  
• Subscriptions discounted through trade-in offers (Move to Subscription, Transition to Named User)

What new value are we offering to customers? 

These changes will more closely align Autodesk SRPs across regions and allow us to further invest in our software. Underpinning all Autodesk products, we’ve also released new features to help users and admins maximize value through:  

• Greater visibility into account health and subscription usage through easy access to key data on seat usage and support cases, notifications for payments and renewals, alerts for unverified and inactive users, new assigned date reporting, and more.  
• Intuitive navigation to streamline key tasks and do more, faster, including new content and experiences on account homepages, self-serve access to collaboration hubs, searchable user lists, and more.  
• Greater flexibility for when and how users access products thanks to updated policies that reflect modern mobile device usage, remove device installation limits, and help users remain compliant.
